Pulling winch fit for underground cable installations, hydraulically powered by means of a gasoline or diesel engine. This winch develops its maximum pulling force through a dual head multi grooves capstan. Mounted on a wheeled framework the
winch is completed with dial dynamometric instrument displays the pulling force, with device for setting of max pulling force. Device fit for setting of max pulling force. The winch is provided of automatic negative brake that lock the cable every time the operator releases the command lever.
